2. Payments

• Service prices may vary based on hair length, stylist level, or additional requests.
• By proceeding with the payment, you confirm the accuracy of your selected service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed only for duplicate transactions or technical issues.

4. Service Satisfaction

• We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please inform us before leaving the salon.
• After leaving the premises, additional corrections may incur extra charges.

6. Salon Rules & Policies
